Kathryn Bernardo ticks an item off her bucket list now that she has finally experienced camping.
On Thursday, July 8, 2021, the 25-year-old Kapamilya actress uploads on Instagram some photos taken at an undisclosed campsite.
In the caption, Kathryn writes, "Been wanting to try camping for quite some time now, and I’m so lucky I got to finally experience it with this awesome group!"
Kathryn is joined by her boyfriend Daniel Padilla and some members of the Nguya Squad, including Joshua Garcia, Ria Atayde, Sofia Andres, and boyfriend Daniel Miranda.
The Kapamilya actress relishes comunning with nature.
"What an unforgettable time that I’d cherish forever—from building our tents, to passing through and swimming in the river, to trekking and cooking our food while having the most random conversations, and to helping each other get through muddy roads.
"Grabe. WILD. [emoji] I’m glad I got to experience all these with all of you. Hahaha!
Toward the end of her caption, Kathryn asked her friends, "Thank you guys for being such troopers! San na tayo next? [emoji]"

Kathryn's mom Min Bernardo says camping is like a dream come true for her daughter, who entered showbiz at the age of seven.
In the comments section of Kathryn's post, Mommy Min says, "Sobrang pangarap as in pangarap ni Kath na mag camping talaga! Isa sa reason kaya sya nag regular schooling nung elem days nya ay makasama sa camping [emoji]"
She also reminds her daughter, "Ayan anak, na experienced mo na… pero di dapat madalas, sa school nga once a year lang ang camping [emoji]"
Kathryn quickly replies, "@bernardomin hahaha!! Sayang naman gamit ma [emoji]"
Mommy Min eventually agrees to let Kathryn go on a camping trip twice a year.
She tells Kath, "Sige na nga twice a year na lang! Nung araw ang pag camping matagal na paalaman yan anak kase delikado yan[emoji]"
