PEP TALK. Gringo Honasan says FOI should be approved because, "It's the people who own government!"

Among the country's current issues which Senator Gringo Honasan is very passionate of, is the Freedom Of Information or FOI Bill, which he also pushed in the Senate.

Although Senate has approved the Bill, it has yet to be passed in Congress.

Senator Honasan gives a valid point on why the FOI Bill should be approved and be made into law.
