Cindy Kurleto wants to renew friendship with ex-flame Jerico Rosales

"If I split up with a guy, mas gusto ko na may communication pa rin ako sa kanya, that we're still friends. Hindi ko masabi what his stand is because we haven't talked for more than a year," says Cindy Kurleto abour her desire to renew friendship with ex-flame Jericho Rosales.

It's true that time heals all wounds.

Happy and contented now with her European boyfriend, Cindy expressed to PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) her willingness to renew friendship with her ex-boyfriend.

"As a European, if I split up with a guy, mas gusto ko na may communication pa rin ako sa kanya, that we're still friends. Hindi ko masabi what his stand is because we haven't talked for more than a year.

"There's a reason why we were together, coz he's mabait and he's really a good guy. So siyempre, I want to have him as a friend," paliwanag ni Cindy.

"Actually, one time, over a year ago, na-meet ko sila [Heart and Echo] in Rockwell cinema. Sabay kaming nanood ng The 40-Year-Old Virgin. Nag-hi kami, nag-introduce ng bagong boyfriend, bagong girlfriend. Medyo weird nga kasi ang daming tao, kasi sinehan," kuwento ng Eat Bulaga! co-host and mainstay ng sitcom na Daddy Di Do Du.

According to Cindy, she's happy that Jericho has found the right girl for him.

"Okay naman, bagay sila," sabi niya tungkol kina Jericho at Heart. "I'm happy for him dahil tingin ko, bagay talaga sa kanya ‘yong totoong Pinay, because he's a real Pinoy guy."

Two years na rin ang itinatakbo ng relasyon nina Cindy at ng kanyang European boyfriend. But in spite of their liberated upbringing ay hindi pa sila nagli-live-in gaya ng inaakala ng iba.

"I bought myself a condo. But para sa akin lang, di ko kailangan ng live-in partner," sabi niya.

"Regarding live-in, it depends on you, sa magulang mo, sa age mo, sa upbringing mo. But sa akin kasi, it's a no-no."
