"He already said sorry to the police authorities explaining to them that disobeying them is his most remote intention. Whatever he said and done was just a product of mixed fear and confusion because of the situation," says Migo Adecer's lawyer Marie Glen Abraham-Garduque in a statement sent to PEP.ph.

"This was not a good experience to Migo but he learned a lot from this. He would like to apologize to all the persons who had been adversely affected by this incident.

"He already said sorry to the police authorities explaining to them that disobeying them is his most remote intention.

"Whatever he said and done was just a product of mixed fear and confusion because of the situation.

"He would like to say thank you as well to the 2 MMDA victims, who are kind enough to forgive him and decided to desist in filing any legal action against him."

RECKLESS IMPRUDENCE CASE DROPPED

Abraham-Garduque.

Dagdag niya, "We would like to rectify the proliferating news that Migo is facing 5 criminal charges.

"The only case filed against my client is disobedience against the persons in authority due to alleged resistance and disobedience of Migo when he was apprehended."

Sa huli, sabi pa ng lawyer ni Migo, "To his family, fans and people who supported him despite everything, he cannot thank them enough."
