Facebook user Kevin Paul Mabul thought it would sound and look cool watching President Rodrigo Duterte announcing the judges connected to drug trafficking with "The Graduation March" as background music.

His post has been shared more than 5 thousand times and has been viewed more than 8 thousand times as of this writing.

Kevin however has a disclaimer:
