Young actor Cogie Domingo reportedly filed a complaint at the Makati Regional Trial Court against director Gil Portes for the P150,000 he allegedly owes the young actor.

The next showbiz court case: Cogie Domingo versus DirectorGil Portes.

From a confirmed but unnamed source—nasa loob ng MakatiRegional Trial Court ang nagbalita nito sa amin—nag-file na si Cogie ngcomplaint against his Mourning Girls director Gil Portes for the P150,000 thedirector reportedly owed the young actor.

Nagsimula ang hindi pagkakaunawaan ng dalawa nang naengganyoni Direk Gil si Cogie and his mother Zenie Domingo to co-produce a movieintended for the 2006 Metro Manila Film Festival, ang Mourning Girls. Nangakoraw si Gil that part of the money na ia-advance ni Cogie will be a loan paramagkaroon ng co-producer status ang director.

Hindi kumita ang pelikula so in trying to recoup some of hisloss, siningil ni Cogie si Direk Gil sa pagkakautang nito, reportedly to thetune of P150,000.

Cogie's father is human rights lawyer Atty. RodDomingo.
