Michael V excited over Yaya and Angelina's movie Ang Spoiled Brat

When asked if people would see a different Yaya and Angelina in the movie Ang Spoiled Brat, Michael V said definitely. He explained, "Marami kasing puwedeng anggulo.

From the famous gag show Bubble Gang to game show Hole in the Wall, the hilarious tandem of Yaya and Angelina is now set to hit the big screen.

Bongggang-bongga at ibang level ng katatawanan!" said comedian Michael V, who plays the nanny of Angelina (Ogie Alcasid) in the movie of Ang Spoiled Brat

In an interview during the press visit at the shooting of Ang Spoiled Brat yesterday, August 25, Michael V said that they made sure that people who will come to watch the movie will see something new about Yaya and Angelina, who are seen every Friday in Bubble Gang and every day in Hole In The Wall.

"We made several adjustments para hindi magkaroon ng sawa factor," he said. "Number one, we made sure na hindi magiging game show ang pelikula.

Aside from being an actor, Michael V also helped in writing the script of the movie. He said this makes it easier for the group to create funny lines for the story.

He related, "Hindi naman kasi ako lang mag-isa ang gumagawa, we're a pool of writers, we get several ideas.

Since tandem of Yaya and Angelina is already a hit with the masses, Michael V would like to aim for the "movie-paying public" in their movie.

THE FIRST MICHAEL V. The former rap artist, also known as Bitoy, was flattered when the entertainment media told him that he could be next in line to Comedy King Dolphy and could follow the footsteps of other popular comedians such as Vic Sotto and Joey de Leon.

However, he said, "Hindi ko na ine-entertain 'yong ganung thoughts.

Instead, Bitoy said he want to make his own mark in comedy.

"Huwag na tayo mag-next Dolphy, next Vic Sotto o next Joey de Leon, sila na lang on their own.

Although many see him not only as a good actor but a good writer as well, Michael V still think that there are many Pinoy actors who have the potential to be comedians.

"Matutunan lang nila ang timing and what makes people laugh. Ang gauge ng magandang comedians are the ones that can write their own material.

A BIG FAN OF DOLPHY. Despite saying that he does not aim to replace the country's top comedians, Michael V does not deny the fact that he is a big fan of Dolphy.

"Ako nga, sana gusto ko magkaroon ng project with Dolphy," he related when the subject shifted to doing the remake of the Lino Brocka classic Ang Tatay Kong Nanay (1978), which starred Dolphy and former child star NiƱo Muhlach.

He recalled that this was once offered to him by director Mark Meily, but he declined out of respect for the King of Comedy.

Bitoy narrated, "In-offer na sa akin 'yon. Kasi, may sinulat ako and similar ang ginawa namin. Ako, for several reasons, hindi kami nag-agree.

Instead of playing a role similar to Dolphy's previous roles, Micheal V said that he would love to have a movie with his idol.

"Ako nga sana, gusto ko magkaroon ng project with Dolphy," he said. "Mayroon na rin akong idea for that.

He added that he's also open to do comedy-drama like Ang Tatay Kong Nanay in his next projects.

After Ang Spoiled Brat, which will be shown in late September, Michael V is set to do three films with one of the producers of the movie, APT Entertainment.
