Hayden Kho Jr. not yet off the hook; Katrina Halili's camp to file an appeal

"May my experience be a lesson to others. We are all free to make choices but we have to be careful with our choices. There will always be consequences we can never escape. And if we commit a mistake, do not give up. Try and try again. Bounce back," says Hayden Kho Jr. in a statement sent to PEP after the court dismissed the case filed against him by Katrina Halili.

Idinagdag pa ng judge na "videotaping their intercourse should not cause any emotional or psychological distress to Halili since both parties were aware that it was taking place."

"What I went through is unimaginably very humiliating, painful, and depressing; but I took responsibility for the consequences of my foolishness and faced everything with humble acceptance.
