Lindsay Lohan could be facing almost a year-and-a-half in jail.
The troubled actress is set to attend court on Wednesday (October 18) to see whether she faces a prison sentence after she allegedly skipped court-ordered therapy sessions, according to gossip website TMZ.
Judge Stephanie Sautner recently berated the 25-year-old star for failing to find a therapist for weekly sessions, which was part of her sentence for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a boutique in January.
But Lindsay—who previously served 35 days under house arrest for the offence—claims to have carried out her therapy sessions over the phone.
She spent time in France last month doing a modeling job, but is said to have cleared the two-week trip with her probation officer—and she recently went to Italy, where she was unveiled as the new face of Philipp Plein.
Lindsay said: "Something important to know about this collection is that it’s expressing something a little bit more edgy. And I think maybe people’s perceptions of me have been kind of taken out of context just from what you see and read."
