Kris Aquino’s camp issues statement refuting breach of James Yap’s visitation rights: "She has no intention of violating those [court orders] or depriving James of his right to be with his son.”

Agad na sinagot ng kampo ni Kris Aquino ang alegasyon ng kampo ni James Yap na hindi diumano tumutupad ang TV host-actress sa ipinag-utos ng korte na visitation rights ng basketbolista para sa anak nilang si Bimby.


Sinagot na ng kampo ni Kris Aquino ang pahayag ng abugado ni James Yap, si Atty. Lorna Kapunan, na hindi diumano tinutupad ng TV host-actress ang visitation rights ng basketbolista sa anak nilang si Bimby.

Sa statement na ipinadala ng abugado ni Kris na si Atty. Sigfrid Fortun kay MJ Marfori ng News5 kaninang hapon, November 4, sinabi nitong ipinag-utos daw ng korte na susunduin ni James si Bimby. Pero wala raw natatanggap na mensahe si Kris mula kay James tungkol sa usaping ito.

Sinusunod din daw ni Kris ang lahat ng nakasaad sa court order.

Wala raw intensiyong suwayin ang korte at pagdamutan ang dating asawa na makasama ang kanilang anak.

Narito ang buong pahayag ni Atty. Fortun:

“The court order on visitation requires James to fetch Bimby in his residence.

"Kris has been waiting for James to tell her what time he is fetching their son.

“She has received no messages from James to this effect.

"Kris is compliant with all court orders relating to visitation and she has no intention of violating those or depriving James of his right to be with his son.”
