Claudine Barretto’s ex-aide to file a motion for reconsideration in junked robbery complaint against actress

In spite of the junked robbery case against Claudine Barretto, the actress remains embattled with a separate robbery case filed by another househelp.

“I just received it earlier. I still need to study it.

“A Motion for Reconsideration will definitely be prepared and filed,” saad ni Atty. Quicho.

“I filed my withdrawal of the appearance in the case with the voluntary consent given by Jenifer.

“The public prosecutor would now be handling the prosecution of the case.

“My client decided that it is best for the public prosecutor to continue with it.

“The public prosecutor would be in the best position to help my client and the DOJ [Department of Justice] would ensure that her rights would be amply protected.

“Our client prays for fairness and impartiality in the handling of the case,” paliwanag ni Atty. Quicho.

“I am sure other reasons would be maliciously raised with my withdrawal. I would not dignify it.

“I remain to be Jenifer’s confidante and still enjoys her utmost trust and confidence.

“Thus, the moment her rights would be jeopardize, my law firm is ready,” dagdag ni Atty. Quicho.
