Michael de Mesa still grieving after brother Mark Gil's first death anniversary: “I miss everything about him.”

Michael de Mesa admits he still hasn't gotten over brother Mark Gil's death: “Let’s put it this way. It's still hard. I haven't really accepted the fact that he's gone. We are all coping.”

“Let’s put it this way. It's still hard.

“I haven't really accepted the fact that he's gone. We are all coping.

“Alam ko na hindi madali ang ganito. But when you turn on your TV and you see Mark in one of his movies, you just can’t help but feel sad.

“As long as his movies are being aired on TV, his legacy lives on.

“It’s as if nandiyan lang siya and he hasn’t left us at all,” pahayag ni Michael.

TRIBUTES.

CELEBRATING MARK'S DEATH ANNIVERSARY.

“Everyone was present. Siyempre, we all reminisced about Mark.

“I really miss him, I miss everything about him, and I miss the totality of him—who Ralph was and who Ralph is,” diin ni Michael.

BACK TO WORK.

PASSSING THE TORCH.

“I always believe in open communication between actors. It’s a collaboration.

“We haven’t gotten the chance to really bond yet. I only met him [Ken] once pa lang, so I’m sure I’m gonna have a good time working with him.

“I’ve worked with so many new actors na nabibigyan ng malaking break, either sa TV, stage or film.

“It’s nice to share what you’ve experienced through the years. Hindi tayo dapat magdamot, di ba? Let’s share what this industry has done for us.

“In my case, I’ve been in showbiz since I was a teenager in the ‘70s. That’s already four decades of experience.
