Lea Salonga condemns 'laglag-bala' modus operandi in NAIA: "Nakakahiya. Sobrang nakakahiya."

Kinondena ni Lea Salonga ang mga empleyado ng Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) na sangkot sa ‘laglag bala’ incident. Sabi ng Broadway star, “Reportedly, airport employees are planting bullets into the luggage of unsuspecting travelers and demanding payment. Nakakahiya. Sobrang nakakahiya.”

Binatikos ng Broadway star na si Lea Salonga ang diumano'y nangyayaring kurapsiyon sa ating gobyerno, partikular na sa isyu ng ‘hulog bala gang’ sa mismong Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

Ito ay matapos lumabas ang balitang may Japanese tourist na paalis ng bansa nitong nakaraang Linggo, October 25, ang nahulihan ng dalawang bala ng baril sa loob ng kanyang luggage sa NAIA.

Ngayong hapon ng Miyerkules, October 28, nag-post si Lea sa Facebook ng kanyang pagkadismaya sa mga namamahala sa gobyerno.

Sabi ng Pinay international singer, “Until the authorities get to the bottom of this, I would suggest being extremely careful in traveling to the Philippines.

“Reportedly, airport employees are planting bullets into the luggage of unsuspecting travelers and demanding payment.

“Nakakahiya. Sobrang nakakahiya.

“Yes, folks, this is the country from which I hail.

"The country that has birthed the heroic and artistic, as well as the criminal and corrupt.

“Right now, it looks like the latter is outnumbering the former.

“Ang kawawang bayan ko. Paano na ito?”

Maliban sa Japanese tourist, isang OFW rin ang nahulihan diumano ng bala sa airport, ngunit nakalabas na ito kahapon dahil iba ang bala na naipresenta sa Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office.
