Marjorie Barretto on separation from Dennis Padilla: "I'm glad I did it sooner than later."

Marjorie Barretto on her separation from ex-husband Dennis Padilla: "It was a great relief to everybody, and I'm glad I did it sooner than later. Because at least my children mas less trauma, less… how do I say it? Mas naging maayos ang pagpapalaki ko kasi I set myself free right away."

“Difficult? For my family? No, not really.”

Patuloy niya, “I think the marriage itself was more difficult than the separation.

“Even my kids, they are very well-adjusted.

“It was a great relief to everybody, and I’m glad I did it sooner than later.

“Because at least my children mas less trauma, less… how do I say it?

“Mas naging maayos ang pagpapalaki ko kasi I set myself free right away.

“Sometimes when you’re, you know, miserable in a marriage, you tend to neglect your kids, e.

“So it didn’t bother them so much, they’re very well-adjusted kids.”
