Saksi raw si Cherry Pie Picache sa pagiging mabuting tao ng co-star niya sa The Blood Sisters na si Erich Gonzales.
Nami-misinterpret lang daw ng iba ang ugali nito.
“When you get to know her, parang Mentos iyan. Akala mo she’s tough and hard.
"She’s just really soft and very hardworking.
"She values her craft very well, her work very well, napakasipag. 'Tapos sweet,” paglalarawan ni Cherry Pie kay Erich.
Nakausap ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) ang 48-year-old dramatic actress sa farewell presscon ng The Blood Sisters, nitong Lunes, August 13.
Ayon kay Cherry Pie, marahil ay nami-misinterpret ng iba ang pagiging totoo at prangka si Erich.
“A lot of people will look at her na parang… she’s very meticulous with her work, she’s very meticulous with what she does, she’s very meticulous with herself, di ba?
“Inaalagaan niya ang sarili niya. Hindi siya showbiz. Very frank, straightforward.
"So siguro, yung iba, nami-misinterpret.
“But if you really get to know her, she’s very prayerful, she’s very kind. She’s very appreciative.”
Saksi raw siya sa dedikasyon ni Erich sa trabaho.
“At the end, magpapadala iyan ng message, pero hindi iyan katulad sa set na chika-chika, di ba, yung ibang bata, ma-chika.
“She works when she’s on the set.
"Lalo na ang hirap-hirap ng ginagawa niya, kasi minsan tapos na kami, siya hindi pa! Ang hirap!
“Sabi ko nga, kung ako iyan, bakulaw na [ako].”
Tatlo ang ginagampanang karakter ni Erich sa The Blood Sisters.
Ibinahagi rin ni Cherry Pie ang isa sa mga hindi niya malilimutang eksena at kung gaano kahusay si Erich sa pag-arte.
“Yung first heavy scene namin sa Baguio, kasi talagang nagulat ako, kasi it was really my first time to work with her dito sa The Blood Sisters.
"Hindi ko ini-expect na ganuna pala siya magtrabaho, she puts her heart and passion,” papuri ng award-winning actress.
