Sofia Andres on overcoming her anxiety problem: "I didn't expect na being in showbiz is really hard, which is true. Everybody knows that. I'm really an introvert. So I have to adjust, I have to adapt. Here in showbiz, you have to say hi to everybody, you have to smile to everybody. So ako, I'm still learning."

Siguro not to give a f*ck anymore.

“I mean, I’m just being honest.

"I still know how to respect people. But if hindi sila marunong rumespeto, then I’m sorry."

Paliwanag pa ni Sofia, “I really don’t care what they’re gonna say. Kasi palagi namang may masasabi, e.

“I’m just being honest with how I feel. If I have anxiety, then I don’t give a... you know.

Not only me, e. May mga tao talagang nakaka-relate sa akin.

“So yun lang. I’m not afraid.”

Eksklusibong nakapanayam ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) si Sofia sa 80th birthday party ni Mother Lily Monteverde, na ginanap sa Crowne Plaza Hotel, Ortigas, Pasig City, noong Linggo, August 19.

ON TOUGH TIMES

Nakadagdag dito ang tweet ni Sofia na nagsasabing “too tired to be nice.”

“And then I didn’t expect na being in showbiz is really hard, which is true. Everybody knows that.”

“I’m really an introvert. So I have to adjust, I have to adapt.

“Here in showbiz, you have to say hi to everybody, you have to smile to everybody.

“So ako, I’m still learning.”

ON OVERCOMING ANXIETY

Nakangiting dagdag ni Sofia, "Star Magic understands, which is good. They gave me a therapist.

"So, yeah, at least, now I'm doing fine, I'm doing better."

"Sana mas may bago pa. I hope God will give me those kind of roles.

"Sana mas happy ako. Sana wala ng stress ang life ko."
