Lea Salonga expresses dismay over an art piece which was turned into a trash bin in a mall in Bonifacio Global City.

We spotted this ball while waiting to be picked up.

"Out of curiosity, we peeped through the holes to see what was inside.

"Imagine our shock and disappointment to find that it’s been turned into a trash bin. Sigh."

Sabi niya, "That’s so heartbreaking. How do they even have the guts to throw anything there.

"It’s heartbreaking how a simple gesture of throwing it where it’s supposed to be cannot be done. What more the tasks that are harder to do?"

Sagot naman ni Lea dito, "Call it mindset. "If I can get away with this small thing, what else could I get away with?'

"Same with buses and jeeps not stopping at designated stops. Or cars (sic) taking up two parking spaces.

"There’s various levels of entitlement and selfishness permeating our society that we all need to get rid of if we’re to make any significant move forward."
