Late veteran actress-singer Armida Siguion-Reyna served as chairperson of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) during Joseph Estrada's presidency.

Sabi pa ni Mayor Erap, “She’s a big loss to the movie industry.”

Dagdag ni Erap, “Well, she’s a professional actress and a singer.

"So she’s one of kind.”
