Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot wanted to lift her fans' spirit up, so she posted this video on her Instagram account.
The Israeli actress, who also starred in the Fast and Furious franchise movies, started with: "Hey, guys. Day six in self-quarantine and I gotta say that these past few days got me feeling a bit philosophical.
"You know, this virus had affected the entire world. Everyone. It doesn't matter who you are, where you're from, we're all in this together.
"I ran into this video of this Italian guy playing the trumpet in his balcony to all the other people who were locked inside their homes, and he was playing 'Imagine.'"
She went on: "And there was something so powerful and pure about this video, and it goes like this..."
She proceeded to sing John Lennon's classic hit song "Imagine."
After starting with "Imagine there's no heaven...," the video cut to her Wonder Woman 1984 co-star Kristen Wiig continuing the song, then to Fifty Shades of Grey's Jamie Dornan, then to "Jealous" singer Labrinth, and on to other celebrities who continued the song Lennon composed and sang in 1971.
Among the celebrities seen singing in the video are Natalie Portman, James Marsden, Amy Adams, Will Ferrell, Mark Ruffalo, Norah Jones, Sarah Silverman, Sia, Jimmy Fallon, Pedro Pascal, and the original Wonder Woman herself, Lynda Carter.
Finally, the song returned to Gadot. and she sings the last stanza.
Gadot is among the internationally known celebrities who have been posting online content for fans stuck in their homes because of the COVID-19 crisis.
A few days ago, Chris Martin, John Legend, Charlie Puth, and Gloria Gaynor went live streaming, and did "free concerts" via their own social media accounts, to entertain their quarantined fans.
