"He is alive and still in hospital."

Ito ang mensaheng ipinarating ni Ramon Ang, presidente ng San Miguel Corporation, kaugnay ng mga lumabas na report ngayong Lunes, January 13, na pumanaw na ang kanyang anak na si Jomar Ang.

Sa pamamagitan ng isang official statement, pinabulaanan ni Ang ang balita.

"I would like to appeal to the public to please help stop spreading false news about my son, Jomar. He is alive and still in hospital. Please do not pass on or share these rumors.

"We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and prayers. However, we request that the privacy of our family be respected during this difficult time."

Kahapon, January 12, isinugod si Jomar sa St. Luke’s Medical Center dahil sa isang serious injury.

Humiling ng dasal si Ang para sa kanyang anak.

"On behalf of my family, I would like to express my sincerest appreciation for the outpouring of prayers, love and concern for my son Jomar who is in St.Luke’s Medical Center fighting for his life.

"We ask for your continued prayers and request that you please respect the privacy of our family during this difficult time."
