Si Miss Mexico Regina Peredo Gutierrez ang nagwaging Reina Hispanoamericana 2019 sa ginanap na grand coronation ng pageant sa Bolivia, February 8, Sabado ng gabi (February 9, Linggo ng umaga, Manila time).

Dalawampu't siyam kandidata mula sa iba’t ibang bansa ang lumahok sa nasabing pageant, kabilang na ang kinatawan ng Pilipinas na si Katrina Llegado.

Sa huli ay itinanghal si Katrina bilang 5th runner-up.

Bago ang grand coronation ng Reina Hispanoamerican 2019, humiling si Katrina sa kapwa mga Pilipino na ipagdasal siya upang makuha ang korona.

Saad pa ni Katrina sa kanyang post kahapon, February 8, “Always wear your invisible crown.

"Tonight will be our closed door interview before the finals tomorrow.

"Help me in praying as I bring back home the crown. Maraming Salamat, Filipinas!"

Dapat sana ay noong November 2019 pa gaganapin ang grand coronation ng Reina Hispanoamerica 2019, ngunit naurong ito ngayong buwan dahil sa kaguluhan sa Bolivia.
