Former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Uma Khouny said he is willing to make the first move to end the word war between him and Pinoy Big Brother Season 2 housemate Wendy Valdez, but clarified that he will never apologize.
“Pride lang 'yon [to make the first move], di ba? Why not? Who knows?” the Trip na Trip host said at the reception of the christening of Nene Tamayo’s son last night, September 27.
Uma explained that he is also willing to meet Wendy in person, but he could not appear in weekend showbiz talk shows with her because his tapings for Trip na Trip are usually scheduled during weekends.
The very outspoken former housemate also added that he could forget what happened between them just to end the issue. But he firmly said, “I won’t say sorry because I didn’t do anything wrong. I’ll never say sorry. I’ll never say sorry.”
The issue between Uma and Wendy started when the former was asked about who he thought was the most “plastic” person among PBB Season 2 housemates. He said, "Wendy."
TEARS FOR SHOW. Uma was also asked about about Wendy’s interview in Entertainment Live last September 22, where she almost cried while talking about her feud with Uma.
For Uma, what Wendy did was just a strategy to get the sympathy of the public. He said, “Yun ang nakakagulat, hindi pa ako nagsasalita umiyak na siya. For me, it was paawa effect lang, ‘Uy, umiiyak na si Wendy.’
The straightforward Uma also thought that Wendy was not sincere in ending the word war between them.
He pointed out what Wendy said in the latter part of her interview in Entertainment Live. She said, “Uma, this is the first time na mabastos ako ng isang lalaki.
Uma, who was on the phone that time, said: “Buti at hindi ko narinig.
The former housemate said that the gay issue about him does not affect him anymore.
Meanwhile, Uma also left a message to Bruce Quebral who defended Wendy and asked Uma to stop giving comments on his former housemate in Bahay ni Kuya.
“Huwag kang makisawsaw!” said Uma.
