Rabiya Mateo, Michele Gumabao, other MUP 2020 winners repack goods for typhoon victims in Bicol

Ikinatuwa ng maraming pageant fans ang muling pagsasama-sama ng Miss Universe Philippines 2020 queens para sa isang charity event.

Kahapon, November 3, sama-samang nag-repack ng relief goods sina Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo, Ysabella Ysmael (1st runner-up), Michele Gumabao (2nd runner-up), Pauline Amelinckx (3rd runner-up), at Billie Hakenson (4th runner-up) para sa mga biktima ng Super Typhoon Rolly.

Kasama rin nila si Miss Albay Paula Madarieta Ortega at ang Frontrow Philippines top executives na sina RS Francisco at Sam Verzosa.

Isa ang Albay sa labis na napinsala sa pananalasa ng pinakamalakas na bagyong tumama sa buong mundo.

Bukod sa Albay, grabe rin ang pinsalang tinamo ng Bicol region, Catanduanes, at Batangas.

Sa Instagram, ibinahagi ng Frontrow Philippines ang ilang larawan ng repacking activities ng Miss Universe 2020 Top 5. Bahagi ito ng kanilang #BangonBicol campaign.

Nag-share din si Rabiya sa Instagram ngayong araw, November 4, ng ilang mga larawang kuha sa nasabing activity.

Saad niya sa caption, “Bangon Bicol because Frontrow cares. Together with my MUPH sisters and Kuya @samverzosa and @rsfrancisco888, we were able to repack thousands of sacks of rice and canned goods for the benefit of the victims of Super Typhoon Rolly in Bicol region.

“Babangon at babangon ang Pilipino basta mag kakasama tayong lahat sa anumang hamon ng buhay! #phenomenalwoman #muphxfrontrow #frontrowcares"

MUP TOP 5 SECOND PUBLIC ACTIVITY

Ito ang pangalawang aktibidad ng Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Top 5 winners.

Una silang nagsama sa E-skwela event sa Manila Child Center, Sampaloc, Manila noong October 29.

Kinalugdan ng publiko ang mga tanawing katulad nito kung saan makikitang solido ang samahan ng Top 5 winners kahit nabahiran ng kontrobersiya ang pageant results.

Hindi kasi dumalo si Michele sa announcement of winners noong tanghali ng October 25, ilang sandali matapos maipalabas ang pre-taped grand coronation ng pageant noong araw na iyon.

Lumikha ito ng ingay sa social media dahil inisnab diumano ni Michele ang kanyang second runner-up finish sa pageant.

Kalaunan, inihayag ng kandidata mula sa Quezon City na nagpaalam siya kay Miss Universe Philippines Organization (MUPO) creative director Jonas Gaffud na maaga siyang aalis sa Baguio Country Club para umuwi ng Maynila.

Pinayagan naman daw siya nito.

Ang ipinagtataka lamang daw ni Michele ay bakit hindi nag-issue ng pahayag ang organizers tungkol sa kanyang hindi plagdalo sa announcement of winners.
