“I’m very sad to know that my co-star in Scorpio Nights and good friend Orestes Ojeda passed away. He was a gentleman, polite and kind. Please pray for him,” pahayag ng U.S.-based actress.

"He was that kind of person that even if we don't live proximal to each other anymore, he is still that same person whom we are very familiar with and still show respect to each other.

“Whenever he is in Tuguegarao, he finds time to visit close friends especially my brother and my family. I love and respect him so much that I made him one of the godfathers of my only daughter.

“Manong Lui, as I fondly call him, will always be in our hearts and forever be a brother to me.

"Thank you for giving me the privilege of paying my last respect to the brother our family have lost."
