"The bridge has been burned talaga. I was really hurt talaga," says Precious Lara Quigaman about being axed from Wowowee for bringing her boyfriend to Hawaii.

MOTHER'S DAY GIFT.

Sa text message na ipinadala niya sa The Buzz, sinabi ng ina ni Lara na, "Nagulat ako nung malaman ko that Lara will no longer be seen in Wowowee ‘coz Lara is always saying that she's happy to be part of that show. She really likes the program and she has very good relationship sa mga katrabaho niya doon. Even Willie Revillame called me once and we talked about my daughter.

As a mother, I was hurt sa mga lumalabas na write-up. Lara should not be treated that way.

"Kasi unlike sa mga sinasabi sa maraming articles and mga rumors na kasama ko raw boyfriend ko lang, the truth is I was with my Mom as well. This is my Mother's gift to her to be in Hawaii," paliwanag ni Lara.

Sabi ng ilan, ang naging kapalit daw ng pagdiriwang nilang mag-ina ng Mother's Day ay ang pagkawala ni Lara sa show.

"I don't think so, kasi everything is meant to happen naman talaga, e," saad ni Lara.

"Don't worry, Ma. Hindi ‘yan ang kapalit. So don't be sad about that.

AXED FROM THE SHOW. For the record, nilinaw ni Lara kung tinanggal ba siya o nag-resign siya sa Wowowee.

"I was pulled out...siguro axed talaga is the term," diretso niyang sabi. "I'll tell you the story talaga... Nagalit si Kuya, Kuya Willie [Revillame]. There was a rule daw that I was not allowed to bring a boyfriend, which is very unclear to me. I did not know. I wasn't told very clearly. The only time I was told was parang it was like a joke and I even... I'm not gonna even say that anymore.

"Pero there was no rule to me. I didn't understand that. And I knew naman talaga that if I was going to bring my boyfriend and my mom, dapat hindi maapektuhan ang work, which is what happened.

"I'm sure that the people from Wowowe who came with us, they can attest to it na hindi ko naman napabayaan ang work ko. I was never late. I was never absent for any rehearsal, for any TV guesting, for the show itself. I did my best. I gave my best. So, surprise lang talaga ako doon sa reason nila sa pagtanggal sa akin because I brought my boyfriend and my mom along," pahayag ni Lara.

"The only time they saw my mom and my boyfriend was at the last day ng stay namin sa Hawaii. Only in the airport na nga lang, tapos nung nasa airport. My mom didn't even watch the show para lang wala silang masabi. Kasi I was told, okay if they are coming, kung sasama sila, huwag na lang silang magpakita. Don't let them come with you in the rehearsal or anything like that. And that was they did," lahad ni Lara.

UNPROFESSIONAL?

"You know, I don't mind talaga, e. I can keep quiet, e. Pero, di ba, sa lahat nga kapag naapaketuhan na yung business mo, and this is my career. Feeling ko, naapektuhan ‘to talaga because of the false accusations, sa mga articles about me being unprofessional. About me parang lumaki na ang ulo and everything like that. No, talaga po, Tito Boy.

"Like for example, lumaki ang aking ulo... It's just... I planned not to cry, but I think I will, unintentionally. Kasi talaga ako, when I work, I give my all. I never want to be late. If they'll give me a call time at 4 o'clock, I'll be there at 3:30 or 3 o'clock kasi ayoko na may masabi yung tao sa akin, which is very hurtful na may mga narinig akong ganyan sa mga bagay, especially from people that I know. So, that's the only thing. Yun lang.

"With Binibining Pilipinas, binibigyan ko raw sila ng headache? No! I still have a good relationship with them. I still go there a lot of times. Sa That's My Doc daw, bawal daw mag-holding hands and everything. If you watch the show, I don't know, you'll see that we hug. We do everything in the air," pagtatanggol ni Lara.

"Siguro in a way, he's not telling me. Pero I'm sure he feels a little bit guilty, kasi parang all of these, e, because of him. Pero he's just there to support me."

LIFE AFTER WOWOWEE.

"I have a lot of plans, Tito Boy," sagot ni Lara. "I have a lot of dreams and I know that this is not the end of it. Wowowee...even though you won't see me in that show anymore, I know there's a lot more in store for me. Totoo talaga yung everything happens for a reason. Lahat ng bagay nangyayari because it's meant to happen. And I know that God put me in a place where I should be."

Firm din ang naging pahayag ni Lara na hindi na siya babalik sa Wowowee just in case bigyan siya ulit ng pagkakataong makabalik sa noontime show.

"I have to be honest talaga. The show has given me exposure and I really enjoyed it, and I really love the people I worked with there. I missed them a lot. Pero I think, you know, the bridge has been burned talaga. I was really hurt talaga," garalgal na boses ni Lara.

"For that reason lang kasi, tinanggal ako for that reason alone," madiin niyang sabi kasunod ang pag-iyak. "Even if they ask me to go back, I don't think I can work na anymore."

"Of course. You'll still see me at That's My Doc," pagtatapos ni Lara.
