Claudine Barretto will join the cast of May Bukas Pa

Claudine Barretto will be returning to television by joining the cast of ABS-CBN's top-rating teleserye May Bukas Pa.

After her teleserye Iisa Pa Lamang co-starring Gabby Concepcion and Diether Ocampo, Claudine is back in the primetime scene for a very special role.

This Thursday, March 5, will be Claudine's first taping day for May Bukas Pa where she is cast as Julia, a woman who grew up with full of bitterness in her heart. As she crosses paths with Santino, her perception about life will begin to alter.

Claudine is an avid viewer of May Bukas Pa so she readily accepted the role offered to her.

"I really watch May Bukas Pa," Claudine shared. "I love the program and I adore Santino. Kaya I'm so excited to be working with Santino [played by Zaijian Jaranilla] and the whole cast."
