On January 7, Kris Aquino, through her daily morning program Kris TV, showed viewers how her eldest son Joshua lost more than a hundred pounds over the past year.
Together fitness coach Chappy Callanta, Josh himself demonstrated his daily workout routine.
From a heavy 320 pounds, Josh is now about 225 pounds, and continues shedding weight as days go by.
