“Professional jealousy at its best.”
“Thanks for the 2nd negative feature Rappler.
“I was interviewed by a music blog 2 days ago and was asked ‘what’s something about you that nobody knows yet?’ I answered, ‘I am grateful….for both good and bad experiences. I never stop learning. And I never give up on something I really want…and love.’
“Though Rappler writers still insist on creating lies about us and 7107 because we are competing with their events industry friends... What's important is that we keep our focus.
“And experiences like this give you an opportunity to demonstrate your strength...and that is what I am really grateful for.”
THEY ARE COMING.
“Those rumors are started by competing third parties...and there is no truth to those rumors,” sagot ni Tina.
“RHCP’s entire production team and security team are already here in Manila.
“Some arrived as early as last weekend," paniniyak niya.
“Their gear also arrived last weekend as well.
“This was a miracle in itself considering the band's gear was stuck in NYC [New York City] after their Super Bowl gigs due to weather."
Dagdag pa ng executive producer, “For security reasons I cannot reveal their whereabouts... but what I can tell you is that they are already on route to the Philippines... and are excited to meet and perform for their Filipino audience... and look forward to making history with us all.”
SPONSORS.
“Most of them are already paid in full, otherwise they won’t give us any materials to promote with,” ani Tina nang makapanayam siya ng PEP at iba pang miyembro ng entertainment press.
Paliwanag niya, “One is from corporate sponsors, like Smart, Guess group.
“We also have ticket sales, concessionaire sales. These avenues [are] enough to have a festival [that’s] successful.”
NO CONNECTION TO NAPOLES.
“This event is not supported by the Napoleses as much as people would want to assume.
“That’s absolutely not true.
“There’s no connection here with any of the Napoleses at all.
Depensa pa ni Tina, “I’ve been in the event business for 17 years and I know how an event happens, which is why an event as this is happening.”
RAPPLER'S STATEMENT.
