â??I am doing a film or two films this year,â?? pagbabahagi ni Eugene sa miyembro ng entertainment press.

â??I cannot be more thankful.

â??Iâ??m very, very happy. Iâ??m very, very thankful.

â??This is a gift, this is a blessing.

â??I have accepted that given this kind of opportunity and all of you are still here, I am still here after all the bullshit, I think my objective now is really just be committed to entertaining the people.

â??They deserve to be happy because Iâ??m seen on TV, so I wonâ??t waste it.

â??But after two years or three years of semi-retirement, I have realized you can say no [to certain projects].â??

â??Of course, Iâ??m 44, Iâ??ve been here for like 25 years.

â??I have been from a bit player, to a star, to chill, to a flop, to steady. But Iâ??m still here.

â??Why am I still here? Maybe I deserve to be here.

â??So Iâ??m just going to take the opportunity, to just be a blessing to people, because I want to make you happy.

â??Thatâ??s why Iâ??m here, thatâ??s all, and while Iâ??m doing it, Iâ??m going to be happy too.â??

â??Kasi since 2009, nung nag-Kimmy Dora, siguro every year in my generation, Iâ??m the only actress who did seven or nine films a year, plus TV.

â??But itâ??s not healthy... physically, mentally, spiritually, itâ??s not healthy.

â??But thereâ??s a lot of learning, a lot of joy as well.

â??But, at the end of the day, all you need to consider is that, 'Are you really happy?'â??

Ngayong February 14, Valentine's Day, magsisimula ang Dear Uge sa GMA-7, pagkatapos ng Sunday Pinasaya.
