With the upcoming opening of the PBA Season 37 Commissioner's Cup this February 10 at the Smart Araneta Colieum, basketball fans can expect fiercer action as the PBA's "Kampihan Na!" ask the fans to choose sides and be more vocal about the teams and players they support.

"Kampihan Na!" was the league's new battlecry at the start of the new season and it has proven to be successful. Boasting of record-breaking ticket sales, the league earned a whopping P39 million gate sales, representing a 3% increase from last year's earnings and blowing past the league's projected P 36M target.

With AKTV on IBC as the PBA's coveror and marketing partner, the country's premier basketball league is set to soar to new heights not just in gate attendance but also in TV viewership ratings. In fact, AKTV scored a record high in its telecast of the Game 7 duel between the Petron Blaze Boosters and the Talk 'N Text Tropang Texters last January 18 with an average of 1.2 million viewers.
