In one of his previous interviews, the actor described his girlfriend as his "one great love." Dennis said, "Of course, I’d like to believe na siya na yun—na si Jennylyn is my one great love. What I feel for her, isa na yun sa pinakamatinding naramdaman at na-experience ko sa buong buhay ko." When Dennis was asked about the certainty of making Jennylyn his wife and the mother of his future children, he replied, "Itong stage na ito, we’re still preparing for that because we want to make sure we’ll have a good future.
