During the August 22 press con held at the ELJ Building, Derek admitted he was nervous to step foot again on the ABS-CBN compound. "Ito na siguro ang pinaka-nervous ko na press con," said the actor who used to be a Kapamilya talent before he left in 2012. Derek recently signed a three-year contract with TV5, which is why he is dealing mainly with Star Cinema, the film production arm of ABS-CBN.
