Sa press statement ng Manila Water nitong Miyerkules, November 4, sinabi ng kumpanya na nagdesisyon ito “to defer the implementation of the scheduled PHP2.00 rate adjustment for 2021.”

“Maynilad is foregoing the rate increases it is qualified to implement in the coming year—specifically the already-approved rebasing adjustment for 2021, as well as the mandated CPI inflation increase for the year,” saad sa pahayag ng Maynilad.
