Pero mas "flexible" raw ito dahil mas maraming businesses ang pinapayagang mag-operate.

Sa panayam ng ABS-CBN kay Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Benhur Abalos, sinabi niyang "middle ground" ito at babansagang "MECQ flex."

Kaya naman, ag-trending sa Twitter kahapon, April 28, ang "MECQ Flex," na idinagdag sa listahan ng bagong terms na sumikat sa panahon ng pandemya.

Pero mas marami ang nalabuan kaya narito ang mga guidelines:

  • Ang curfew sa Metro Manila ay mas maikli: from10 p.m. to 4 a.m., simula sa May 1. Dati kasi, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • Ang mga residente ay kailangang manatili pa rin sa bahay, at isang tao lamang—na ang edad at 21 hanggang 60— per household ang puwedeng lumabas.

Anong mga establishments ang bukas?

  • At full capacity: hospitals, medical manufacturing, agro-forestry aand delivery, and courier services, media, BPO, e-commerce, postal and courier services, real estate, rental and leasing of vehicles and equipment, housing services, and employment activities.
  • At half capacity: manufacturing, administrative support, financial services including money exchange, legal, advertising and market research, publishing, photography, fashion design, graphic and interior design, wholesale and trade of vehicle parts, vehicle repairs, malls (subject to DTI rules), restaurant takeout and delivery.

May restrictions pa ba pagdating sa age?

Yung mga below 18 and over 65 ay required pa ring mag-stay sa Bahay.

Puwede na bang mag-party o mag-gathering?

  • Yung mga non-religious gatherings outside the house ay bawal pa rin po.
  • Yung religious gatherings ay allowed at up to "10% capacity" ng venue at puwedeng hanggang 30% base sa guidelines ng Local Government Unit (LGU)
  • Yung mga gatherings para sa wakes and funerals ay allowed pero limited ito sa immediate family members.

Allowed ang individual outdoor exercises, gaya ng jogging, running o biking sa general area ng residence, pero kailangan pa rin sundin ang curfew.

  • Allowed ang alfresco dining
