Mula sa kinauupuan, makikita ang pagkagulat ni Julia Montes nang tawagin ang pangalan niya bilang isa sa mga nanalo bilang best actress sa 7th EDDYs o Entertainment Editors’ Choice ng Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors (SPEEd).
Ka-tie niya bilang best actress si Charlie Dizon para sa pelikulang "Third World Romance" habang si Julia naman ay nanalo sa kanyang role sa "Five Breakups and A Romance."
