Election fever is clearly in the air, and with it comes the motley crew of presidential hopefuls slugging it out in the open with an endless tirade of promises, brickbats and political rhetoric.

As the campaign season nears its homestretch, take a breather from all that serious politicking and enjoy an evening of madcap laughter with the man who redefined the art of political satire.

Catch the inimitable Jon Santos as he breathes new life to such lovable characters as Korona (Kuring) Sanchez, Gluring, Senator Meeryam, Mommy Dyuning, Brother Mike, Ate Vi, Ex-President Syerrap, Kurtina Humalili, and many more.

After nine months of its highly-successful, sold-out weekend runs, the much-talked about Kuring, Gluring, Syerrap at Dyuning: Election is Nearing (For Voter or for Worse) will have its special farewell performance at the Teatrino (Promenade, Greenhills) on May 4, 2010, Tuesday.

The fund-raising benefit show starts at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are available at Teatrino (722-45-32) and ALV Talent Circuit (637-70-17).
