"I don't eat meat... pork and beef. Pero ngayon, I have to eat meat at least once a week kasi parati kaming puyat. Kailangan ko ng iron at vitamins na nanggagaling sa meat," Bianca says.

Wearing a white tank top and fitted black skirt, beauty queen Bianca Manalo looked stunning.

"As long as you are confident and you are having fun, that's beauty for me," was Bianca's quick reply when asked by PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) to define beauty at the recent opening of Dra. Vicki Belo's clinic at The Residences in Greenbelt in Makati City.

She also shared some of her beauty secrets.

Bianca said she limits her intake of meat.

"I don't eat meat... pork and beef. Pero ngayon, I have to eat meat at least once a week kasi parati kaming puyat. Kailangan ko ng iron at vitamins na nanggagaling sa meat," she said.

And of course, exercise will always be part of the equation.

"I go to the gym when I have free time. Usually before, every day, pero ngayon hindi na kaya," she said.

She also cited the Power Peel at Dra. Vicki's clinic as her favorite facial treatment.

"Di ba every day, I wear makeup so hindi masyado nakaka-breathe yung skin ko. So feeling ko, pag pine-peel, parang natatanggal yung dead skin na napapatungan ng make-up. Yun ang ginagawa ko once a week," she said.

With beauty like hers it is surprising that Bianca is still single.

"Wala pa din," she said when asked about her status.

However, she was also quick to clarify, "Hindi ko naman siya crush na crush, naku-cute-an lang ako sa kaniya, so yun."
