Discover great tips on how to improve your business by meeting the current market also known as the "Me Generation."
Published Apr 10, 2014

In the April issue of Entrepreneur Philippines, editor-in-chief Kristine Fonacierwrites about The Millennial Martketplace.

As this generation comes of age, they’re becoming key to the success of every business.

They’ve been called everything from the “Me Generation”to the"New Greatest Generation," but they’re most popularly known as Millennials—the generation of young adults born in the 80’s to nearly 2000’s, who are sometimes stereotyped to be fickle, self-absorbed, impatient, and shallow.

Entrepreneur lists down the characteristics of the Millennials and their abilities to turn the tables around.

On the cover ofthis month's issue are Bea Misa and Rob Crisostomo of organic and general goods store Ritual.

The couple/business partners share their values, authenticity, and passion in running their own business.

“We wanted to present products that allow people to lead sustainable lives, but without making them feel guilty,” says Misa.

Entrepreneur compiles more thoughts about the so-called "Generation Why" from other millennials, such as Thor Bolanon of Subspace Coffee, Interior and Furniture Designer Wilmer Lopez, and Jonathan Choi of Magnum Opus Fine Coffee.
