Jake Ejercito took to social media to put in a good word for Sandro Marcos.
It can be recalled that the son of Senator Bongbong Marcos mistakenly voted two presidential candidates, Grace Poe and Rodrigo Duterte, last May 9. His dad is the running mate of Miriam Defensor Santiago.
On the heels of that booboo, when Leni Robredo began overtaking his dad in the election count, Sandro tweeted about "#DayaangMatuwid," pointing out that "the total votes for President are not the same total for vice president." Not long after, Sandro apologized, stating he just got frustrated.

Coming to his friend's defense, Jake posted on his social media accounts that he had known Sandro for a long time and that his recent actions were contradictory to who he is.
The son of former President Joseph Estrada posted: “Known this guy long enough to say he's way better than what social media depicts him to be.”
He added: "Keep it real, homie!"
Jake also posted a photo of him and Sandro together.
