Angel
Locsin and Piolo Pascual will start shooting their first movie together as soon
as their teleserye Lobo ends this July. The movie will be directed by
Rory Quintos for ABS-CBN's film outfit Star Cinema. After watching them every night on the primetime show Lobo, fans of Angel and Piolo can look
forward to seeing their love team on the big screen in this movie, which will
shot in Bukidnon and Australia.
The two lead stars talked about their projects together in the June 22 episode
of The Buzz. According to Piolo, Lobo is the most expensive
production that ABS-CBN has ever made. Their newest film is said to be a part
of Star Cinema's 15th anniversary.
Lobo is expected to end on July 11 after being extended
for one week. "Abangan na lang nila kung anong mangyayari sa mga huling linggo
na nalalabi," said Piolo. "I was hoping na makagawa ng action na istorya at
natuloy na rin po [dito sa Lobo]. Kasi ‘pag si Angel ang kasama mo,
napaka-sexy, mapapahiya ka kung hindi mo tatapatan."
The
overwhelming support of their fans warmed the hearts of the two stars.
"Nakakatuwa po ‘pag may nababasa po kami sa Internet or write up na maganda.
Yung feedback nakakatuwa kasi na-aappreciate nila yung ginagawa namin," says
Angel. "At ‘pag nakikita naming yung sa productions, staff, crew, kung gaano
sila kasipag, nakakagana po.
Nakakainspire po talaga."
Angel is
thankful to all her fans who have supported her since the beginning of her
career as an actress. "Kaibigan ang
turing ko sa kanila. Salamat dahil tinanggap [din nila] ako dito sa ABS-CBN,"
says Angel.
In addition, the dog Brasca whom Angel and Piolo worked with in Lobo will
be tapped in another Star Cinema movie.
