After his vacation in the U.S., the timeless matinee idol Gabby Concepcion enters the world of "Bro" and Santino (May Bukas Pa) on ABS-CBN.
The teleserye Iisa Pa Lamang was Gabby's comeback project on the boob tube. As he begins working on another TV series, a challenging role is again up for the said actor.
Gabby will play the role of an alcoholic magician. His journey through life will lead him to the miracle boy, Santino (Zaijian Jaranilla). The question is, how will they affect each other's lives?
Upon learning that he will be part of the top-rating teleserye on the Kapamilya network, Gabby got really excited.
"Nang malaman ko na magiging parte ako ng May Bukas Pa, natuwa ako at the same time na-excite. Magagaling ang lahat ng bumubuo sa May Bukas Pa, mula sa direktor, artista, hanggang sa crew. Kaya ikinalulugod kong maging bahagi ng teleseryeng ito," said the former matinee idol.
When asked if there's one incident in his life that he considers miraculous, he readily answered, "My comeback in the entertainment industry. Hindi ko na kasi inexpect na magkaka-project pa ako at magtetaping."
The production manager of May Bukas Pa, Ethel Espiritu mentioned, "Since this program has many windows for other stories, expect more guests that will spice up the story more. Gabby Concepcion is just one of the other artists that will appear on May Bukas Pa."
In fact, Gabby's former leading lady in Iisa Pa Lamang, Claudine Barretto, also joined the cast of May Bukas Pa for some time.
