Jovit Baldivino and Marcelito Pomoy are both excited to show off anew their singing talent in a one-night concert on December 10, at the SM Sky Dome, SM North Edsa.
Dubbed as Jovit vs. Marcelito: A Talent Showdown, the concert will feature the grand winners of Pilipinas Got Talent Season 1 and Season 2.
Jovit (Season 1 winner) will make use of his husky voice for rock music while Marcelito (Season 2 winner) will make use of his female-male voice for ballad songs.
Although it's going be a showdown of talents, Jovit and Marcelito assured that there's no personal competition between them.
At a press conference prepared for them, both singers refused to think that one of them is better than the other.
Both singers are equally nervous about their upcoming show this weekend.
WEAKNESS AS A PERFORMER. According to Jovit, he's often too conscious about the reaction of the audience to his performances.
Marcelito, on the other hand, said that's he's always cautious about not making a mistake while performing.
So, instead of getting nervous, the singer said he just tries to have fun every time he goes up on stage.
ON NEW BATCH OF PGT FINALISTS. For their December 10 concert, Jovit and Marcelito will also have PGT's third season grand winner Maasinhon Trio and finalist Khalil Ramos as guests.
Among these two, Khalil may be considered as a threat to the two previous PGT grand winners since he gained a lot of fans during the competition.
Jovit, however, is not bothered by this.
