Gerald Anderson's character in MMK seeks revenge for his massacred family

Gerald Anderson will topbill Maalaala Mo Kaya this Saturday (July 7) by portraying the role of Jevon, a loving son who seeks justice for his family that was massacred, leaving his father and brother dead while his mother badly injured and siblings in shock.

Will revenge serve its purpose of giving justice to Jevon's family? Or is forgiveness the key to the start of their family's healing from the tragedy?

Together with Gerald in the MMK episode are Irma Adlawan, Toby Alejar, Yogo Singh, Dindo Arroyo, Julio Pisk, Carl John Barrameda, Andrei Garcia, Gigi Locsin, Mhyco Aquino, Allyzon Lualhati, and PBB Teen Edition 4 ex-housemate, Kit Thompson.

It was researched by Alexandra Mae Martin, written by Benson Logronio, and directed by Nuel Naval. The writer and director of this week's story are the same with last Saturday's controversial "Manika" episode topbilled by Jane Oineza.

Maalaala Mo Kaya airs every Saturday night after Wansapanataym on ABS-CBN.

malaki na talaga na improve ni GERALD when it comes sa acting...nakakabilib lang na dati sa pbb,,,hindi pa siya ganun kagaling magtagalog,,pero nag-effort talaga siyan matuto,,,kaya sumikat siya,,GOD BLESS GE,,,hope magka-teleserye ka na ulit soon,,miss you in primetime,,,

I agree with you syetedos. I will surely watch MMK this Saturday I like Gerald’s acting. His acting has the depth that you really can feels his emotions. He acts with the likes of Christopher de Leon and Cesar Montano. Congratulations Budoy!!! You’ve gone a long way and there’s still much that you can offer.

This guy has improved a lot in terms of acting. I did not like him when he was starting cause I see him as just one of those goodlooking but pa-cute teeners. I did not see all of his movies or teleserye cause I did not like his acting. But when I saw him at Till My heartaches ends - hope I got the title correct. I noticed a huge improvement in his acting, especially his crying scene with Mark Gil. Very effective. Kim Chiu has not improved. She still has no emotions in her acting. She is just another Kris Aquino. Whether drama, comedy or musical her facial expression is the same - looks like she is constipating.
