Though Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil’s TV series Dolce Amore already ended two weeks ago, it is still being talked about online.

Just recently, Liza responded to a netizen who seemed to be pertaining to their recently-concluded series and comparing it to ABS-CBN’s new primetime show Till I Met You.

The netizen, who uses the handle name @BadGirlAudreyH, wrote: “Buti na lang, sina Direk/scriptwriters, hindi basta naglalagay ng utal, unano, kulot, etc na characters para masabing may verstility. #TIMYThirdWheel.”

It can be recalled that the characters mentioned by the netizen were all present in Dolce Amore.

In the first part of the series, Enrique’s character Tenten used to have a lisp. He could not enunciate words with “s” as “t” and instead of pronouncing his own name Simon, he called himself as “Timon.” Tenten also has a midget friend.

At the latter part of the story, new characters appeared including a little girl named Kulot.

As of this writing, the tweet has already been deleted.

However, Liza was able to see the tweet and replied to the netizen.

She said, “Wow. Praying for your poor soul.”

Liza also corrected the netizen’s typo error: “Btw, it’s versatility.”

Meanwhile, Miko Penaloza, the actor who portrayed Tenten’s friend also replied to the netizen.

He said, “Yes I'm a midget pero Head ako ng Knights of The Altar, a BS Psychology Graduate, a theater actor/Director...

“...e ikaw anu ka ba? Manlalait lang? At gustong i-hail ang mga idols. Pasalamat ako sa Diyos nd ako katulad mo...

“Siguro isa kang duwag na nilalang na nabuhay sa pagtatago kasi mas maliit ka pa sa akin noh? Unano ka din pala, e”

“...in addition Kaya kong magperform sa KIA Theater ng hindi nahihiya. Ikaw ba? Anung kaya mo bukod sa panlalait?”

In the end, Miko clarified, “Hindi ako nainis sa tweet na un natawa nga ako. Gusto ko lang ipakilala ang unanong sinasabi nya hehehe!”

Meanwhile, the netizen has apologized for her tweets, saying that she had a wrong choice of words.

LizQuen's series Dolce Amore ended last August 26. It was replaced by Till I Met You, starring James Reid and Nadine Lustre, which aired its pilot episode last August 29 in the same timeslot.
