Tuloy pa rin ang Shaider project ng GMA-7 but with a little change.
Kung hindi man nagkaayos ang GMA-7 and the Japanese owner of the rights of the series to get the main character, napayagan pa rin ang Kapuso Network na ma-associate ang gagawin nilang primetime series na ipalalabas this year.
Ang magiging titulo nito ay Pulis Pangkalawakan (Descendants of Shaider). Tentative pa lang ito and so are the cast. May nakapagsabing Shaido raw ang magiging final title.
Nandito pa rin si Marky Cielo, but not as Shaider anymore and he won't be the only lead star. Makakasama na niya sina Dennis Trillo at Raymart Santiago.
Also in cast are Diana Zubiri; Lovi Poe; StarStruck 1‘s Dion Ignacio; StarStruck 2's LJ Reyes; Starstruck 3's Iwa Moto, Arci Muñoz, and Vaness del Moral; Starstruck 4's Aljur Abrenica and Kris Bernal; Ian de Leon; Paolo Ballesteros; Karel Marquez; at si Jay Manalo still playing the lead villain.
Sina LJ, Iwa, Arci, and Vaness ang gaganap na mga Amazonas.
Pulis Pangkalawakan will be directed by Dominic Zapata.
