Star Circle Quest graduate Sandara Park is now starting to make a name for herself in her home country, South Korea.

Star Circle Quest (SCQ) runner-up Sandara Park has just gotten her first big break in South Korean showbiz via a music video.

Nakatanggap kami ng email sa kaibigang PR of beauty clinics (currently Faces and Curves) na si Elena dela Vega. Malapit si Elena sa first batch of SCQ graduates na sina Sandara, Joseph Bitangcol, at RJ Martinez.

Isang link lang ang laman ng email, a YouTube link of the MTV of the carrier song of South Korean R&B singer Gummy na "I'm Sorry." It features another South Korean star T.O.P. (na miyembro ng South Korean boy band na Big Bang) and Sandara as the lead female.

Now under Y.G. Entertainment, a record label in Korea kung saan talent din si Gummy at ang Big Bang, this is Sandara's first break in her home country.

Sandara was a runner-up in the first SQC, na naging sagot ng ABS-CBN noon sa StarStruck ng GMA-7. She came second to eventual winner Hero Angeles at sila na rin ang pinag-partner.

She finally decided to go back to South Korea in August 2007.

The next few weeks, nagkaroon agad ng announcement ang Y.G. that they are signing Sandara as one of their new artists.
