"Hindi ko binibilang. I don't want to count my eggs," Judy Ann Santos said in jest when asked how many products she has been endorsing.

Another endorsement has been added to the numerous products that Judy Ann Santos is promoting. The actress is now the product endorser of Lactacyd feminine wash.

However, before the press could ask a question about these endorsements, Judy Ann jokingly said, "O, BIR [Bureau of Internal Revenue]."

It could be remembered that Judy Ann, popularly called Juday, was charged with tax evation by the BIR for underdeclaration of her income in 2002. The said three-year-old case is now at the Court of Tax Appeals, which made it harder for Judy Ann to settle. (Click here to read related story)

During the press conference of her newest endorsement at the 9501 Restaurant in ABS-CBN compound yesterday, March 26, Juday told the media that she has no idea when the case would be resolved.

Juday related, "Ongoing pa rin yung case. I'm just hoping na sana matapos na.

She also said that with this problem she only seeks help through prayers and can only prepare herself to face any worst scenario.

Despite this case, Juday continues to pay her taxes quarterly.

The 29-year-old actress explained, "You know, I still do my obligation. I pay my taxes every quarter. Every time I have an endorsement, I pay my taxes.

DAUGHTER YOHAN. Aside from the BIR case, the dramatic actress is also hoping to have the papers of her adoptive daughter Yohan finalized this year.

It is already a public knowledge that Juday has an adoptive three-year-old daughter named Yohanna Louise, whom she already considers as her true daughter.

In the interview, Juday said that she would want to have the papers of Yohan settled first before her BIR case.

"This year, definitely, matatapos yun," Juday promised herself.
