In the video footage aired by Saksi last night, April 10, Rosanna Roces also vented her anger on the news crew, and asked them to switch off the camera.

Saksi aired a video footage last night, April 10, showing Rosanna Roces in a heated confrontation with a teller of an off-track betting station, located in Tandang Sora. The reason for her flare-up: The teller, identified as Letty Labay, failed to register the actress's bet on what turned out to be the winning horse.

PEP (Philippine Entertainment) was able to talk to Osang's acting manager, Susan Lim, and get her ward's side of the story.

"Karerista talaga iyang si Osang," she began. "She is known in the horse racing circle as horse owner and tipster. Nagbibigay siya ng tip for the day kung sino ang liyamado, kung sino ang advantage, ganun...Meron pa ngang Tipster Challenge, where she participates."

Betting amount is 150 pesos, and according to Susan, "Tatlong numbers yata ang natamaan kaya 20,000 ang napanalunan."

The manager rebuffed the teller's "bawal ho ang paki sa amin" statement. "Madalas nangyayari yun," she stressed. "Kaya lang, nagkataon na yung kay Osang, nanalo yung tinayahan niya."

The actress, she added, is also a "suki" of that betting station, so the "away kanto" caught by GMA-7 crew on video was not all about the money and Osang's fiery temper.

"It's not the amount involved. It's the principle."

At press time, Osang is taking a nap. "Ang dami kasing tumatawag sa kanya kanina pa," Susan said. PEP will post Osang's statement tonight.
