Nakatanggap ang PEP ng panibagong text messages mula sa aktres na si Sharon Cuneta kaninang 5:24 ng hapon (10:24 ng umaga, London time) at 8:41 ng gabi (1:37 ng hapon, London time).
Gaya ng naunang text ng Mega star sa PEP kaninang alas-tres ng hapon, ang mensahe ay galing sa London, England, kung saan gumagawa ng pelikula si Sharon—na nagse-celebrate ng kanyang 30th anniversary sa show business ngayong taon—para sa Star Cinema, na nagse-celebrate naman ng 15th anniversary nito sa film production.
Gaya rin nang nauna, ang mga text ay addressed sa PEP editor in chief, na humingi ng permiso sa Mega Star upang maibahagi ang mga ito sa readers ng PEP. Wala namang pag-aalinlangang pumayag ito, na nagbilin lang na i-spell out ang abbreviations niya kung ito ay makakatulong sa mas madaling pagbabasa ng mga text.
At gaya pa rin nang nauna, buhay na buhay ang mga kuwento rito ng premayadong star/producer/singer/host. Di kailangang nasa premier British city ka kasama nina Sharon, John Estrada, at Makisig Morales o ng direktor nilang si Chito Roño para maramdaman ang pinagdaraanan nila.
Ang biro nga rito sa PEP, mas magaling pa yatang reporter si Sharon kaysa sa ilang beteranong reporter! Kaya eto na ang "report" ng London "correspondent" ng PEP—iyon nga lang, walang bayad!—na si Ms. Sharon Cuneta:
"Yes, it's been a 'shock to my system' since we got here! So please forgive my memory at sandamukal na memory cells ko ay nahulog na! At the airport now for the second-to-the-last scene—drama pa, e, I'm duling na! Get back to you, ha? Please forgive me if I don't get to reply agad—takes me a while talaga because of the lack of time and difficult sked daily, plus the praning weather. Naka-glue na script ko to my face, eh, no choice!:)"
Ilang oras ang makaraan, eto ang panibagong text ni Ms. Sharon:
"Okidoki may ending na!!! Transferring to next location na. Dami pa but at least tapos na the airport sequences! We had to go back there kasi we didn't finish last time. Kaya dagdag araw pa!
"And everyone who's shot abroad—especially Europe—has said that madugo talaga. I heard some would get about the same amount of sleep lang as I do now and shoot all day din. Travel overnight—we've done it twice na, another coming up!
"Mas kawawa the crew because we artistas get puyat, and leave—sila, they have to pack all pa. Even if we have to wake up early next day to go straight to work, they do so also and much earlier pa to set up!
"Hay naku. Per diem goes only too far for them because they'd rather send the [money] home than buy food. London, when I last checked sa cnn.com, is the 2nd most expensive city in the world! Imagine?!
"And they said this is Star Cinema's biggest and most expensive movie ever. Quite an honor, really.
"Though it's true pala na ‘madugo' talaga to shoot abroad like Tita Malou [Santos, Star Cinema managing director] said. Grabe, Jo-Ann [Maglipon, editor of PEP]!
"Never had to work so hard before on a movie every day. Díyan kasi I do other things, so more often than not I'm not so bugbog naman—but it's gonna be great!
"By the way, Kiko [Senator Francis Pangilinan, Sharon's husband] flew in yesterday from South Africa, where he went for some official government business. (With Senator Jinggoy Estrada, etc). He's leaving for Manila na tomorrow though :-( Better than nothing! Okidoki gotta keep cell now."
Nang sumagot ang PEP sa mga texts, nag-postscript ang Mega Star:
"Mwah! We are buying lunch now. Direk [Chito Roño] and John [Estrada] got off to go to a Chinese restaurant. [The others] went to get some chicken and hopefully some Indian food. Am in the van, and after texting you, will go back to reading:-)
"Then we're off to shooting at the church before transferring to another location.:-) You can print that and stuff like this to come, if you want. Hugs and thanks again!!!"
At diyan muna nagtatapos ang masayang "report" natin from London! Hintayin nating nasa van muli ang lead star ng Caregiver, at ito ay makaisip muling magpadala ng makulay na updates para sa lahat ng Sharonians, present and future. Sa gayon ay makita natin ang hindi madalas napag-uusapan—ang hirap at dedikasyon sa trabaho ng ating mga artista, direktor, producers, at crew, upang makabuo ng pelikulang maipagmamalaki, anibersaryo man o hindi.
