Since its debut last Monday, October 13, GMA-7's game show Family Feud is proving to be a worthy competitior against ABS-CBN's more established game show, Kapamilya, Deal Or No Deal.
In fact, the past four days saw Kris Aquino's Deal Or No Deal and Richard Gomez's Family Feud engage in a very tight race. Kris's game show took the upper hand Monday and Wednesday (Oct. 15) while Goma's game show got the lead Tuesday (Oct. 14) and Thursday (Oct. 16). So, the score so far is 2-2.
Both Deal Or No Deal and Family Feud also managed to barge into the Top 10 at least once.
After debuting at No. 1 last Monday, La Lola slipped to second place Tuesday and Thursday and third place Wednesday; although the new series maintained its high ratings.
Dyesebel, which will end tonight, topped the primetime race on its last week. Codename: Asero placed third on all days except Wednesday when it finished second.
24 Oras and Survivor Philippines occupied the fourth and fifth spots alternately.
Meanwhile, three different shows held the sixth position in the past three days: Dyosa (Tuesday), My Husband's Woman (Wednesday), and I Love Betty La Fea (Thursday).
The other Top 10 slots were occupied by TV Patrol World and Iisa Pa Lamang.
Daytime viewing was dominated by Eat Bulaga, which topped the ratings game three days in a row. Four Kapuso soaps, meanwhile, took the rest of the Top 5: Una Kang Naging Akin, Gaano Kadalas ang Minsan, Marimar, and Daisy Siete.
Other regular fixtures in the Top 10 are Wowowee; Pilipinas, Game KNB?, Ligaw Na Bulaklak, El Cuerpo del Deseo, and Sakurano.
